By creating an account or using Tixl ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Tixl provides

Tixl is a software infrastructure platform that enables automation of web-based workflows. We provide tools, APIs, and execution infrastructure. We do not control what you automate, and we are not a party to any interaction between you and third-party websites.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party websites you access through Tixl. You must:

  • Only automate websites and services you are authorized to access
  • Not use the Service to collect data without the consent of the data subjects where required by law
  • Not use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
  • Not use the Service to circumvent paywalls, access controls, or security measures
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

4. Infrastructure, not authorization

Tixl provides technical infrastructure only. Using Tixl to access a third-party website does not constitute authorization from that website. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from third parties before automating access to their services.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the Service in a manner harmful to others or to us.

6. Credentials and data

Your login sessions and credentials are stored locally on your machine only and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You are responsible for the security of your own credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages resulting from your automation of third-party websites.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
